TClerks on 1st April 2015 and many students got selected in the process and many of them, you will all agree, got rejected. Yes yhis word might have taken place in many students hearts. IBPS has recently announced their major share of results for the post of PO and ou heard it right, a lot of students got left behind in this process, much more than those got selected. So today we are dedicating this for those who couldn’t make it to final selection.

Today we will talk about the Paradox of Failure and Success. A paradox is a contradictory statement, one that conflicts with expectation. The paradox of failure and success is that only failures never fail, and almost all successes had numerous failures. So then, what should we do to achieve real success?

“If I fail, I try again, and again, and again.”

We will be characterizing the success into three parts: Vision, Overcoming Failure and Implementation.

Let’s talk about “Vision”. A vision is something that you aspire of, something that drives your passion, and something that actually make you go for it. If you are truly preparing for banks or ssc or any of the government exams and if it is really your passion then no one can stop you from achieving it. And if you have a true vision then we at bankers adda is really dedicated to make everything available to you. On our website you will find all subject related information in an organized manner which one can easily go through on day to day basis.

Coming to second part that is Overcoming Failure, we would only like to say that this is the most important part of the whole story that can either make you a winner or a loser. If you can get through this part then no one can stop you from achieving what you want.

The third part is “Implementation” of what you have planned. If you are facing any kind of difficulty with this part then you can easily find it on this website as it has many solutions for you. You know your strengths and weaknesses. You just need to make sure that if you are facing any difficulty with any part of the syllabus, or subject or anything that is stopping you from getting it then you are free to discuss here and we will make sure that all your queries get addressed with proper solution. But in the end you are the only one who can do it.

Whatever be the situation, we are here to help you. It might be possible that you are preparing for more than 1 year or 2 years or even more years, so what, IBPS, RBI, SBI, NICL, NIACL, LIC, SSC or any other exams you could recall has never asked for candidates who have just cleared college otherwise they would have gone for campus not for public exam. What can be worse, you might be weak in one, two or even more subjects, so what, you can anytime make it your strength by practicing it more and more. You might also be feeling the pressure from outside your circles i.e. your Neighbors or Guests and yes this is the worst part that many students have encountered and reported because they are the people who continuously used to ask “Beta kahin hua kya???” or “Koi result aaya”, so what, they are not paying us for our preparations or has anything to do with us. You don’t have to feel the guilt just because you were not able to crack some exam this time. Success is a challenge, a distant picture in your mind, blurry, indistinct that could be just past the next bend, just over a little hill, a small rise, some little effort all that remains.

In the end we would like to replace the word “Failure” with “FAITH=Full Assurance In The Heart” that will help you go through it and we will definitely help you go through this phase of life. Our faith in us is what makes us more responsible and accountable towards all your problems.
